Registration
Register for the annual meeting of the European Iron Club or login to your account.
Username and password guidelines:
Usernames can contain letters (a-z), numbers (0-9), dashes (-), underscores (_) and periods (.). Usernames can't contain an at sign (@: email addresses are not allowed).
Passwords can contain any combination of printable ASCII characters and must contain a minimum of 8 characters.
Registration fees:
* Registered PhD students have to provide an official confirmation about their trainig status.
** Reduced fees for chairmen, state of the art lecturers, retired scientists and members of patients organizations.

Methods of Payment:
Payment has to be made in CHF by
- credit card: Euro/Mastercard, Visa or Diners
Please make sure to clearly indicate the purpose of the payment: EIC 2018 plus participant’s name!
All costs have to be borne by the customer and payments made “free of charge for the beneficiary”.
All bookings are made in accordance to our general terms and conditions.

Registration
Please fill basic information in the first register at participant type:
- Regular
- PhDStudent and reduced (chairmen /retired/ state of the art lecturers).
- Day ticket (8th February)
- Accompanying person
... and start the booking process.
Choose the programs:
- Conference participation
- Gala dinner
... confirm the selection and continue.
At least please fill your personal data in the fields listed below:
- Username and Password
- Title
- First and Last name
- Address (Street, Location, Country)
- Email adress
Choose invoice address and create user account, save your data and continue with the registration process (2. Offers, 3. Attendee, 4. Overview, 5. Checkout, 6. Confirmation).
Once you have set up your registration you can login to your account.
In the Conference Control Center (C3) you have access to your...
- conference registration (with continuing with registration)
- paper submission (with possibility to submit up to two contributions)
- personal data / background (with possibility to edit your data)
